About the Director

Rev. Ron Lively, M.Div., M.A.

Ron and his wife, Penny, live in Thompsons Station, TN  near Nashville. Ron received his M.Div. and an M.A. in Marriage and Family from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS.   He serves as an ordained minister of the Gospel with credentials with the American Evangelistic Association after having served as a minister of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) for twenty years.

Ron has worked in hospital administration and hospital chaplaincy.  He served as a regional director of the Mid-South Region and the national director of marriage and family ministries for the Christian Medical and Dental Association. The Livelys have also served on staff with The Navigators – Business & Professional (Medical Ministries). Ron has a counseling ministry locally and nationwide by phone. 

Ron is the Founder and Director of Medical Mobilizers with a mission of helping to “mobilize medical professionals for ministry and missions”.  Ron and Penny have co-taught marriage and family classes in their church where Penny was a leader in the women's ministry. The Livelys home school their four children.  Presently their home church is Christ Community Church in Franklin, TN.   

Ron recently served as the Executive Director of the Christian Wellness Association. 

Ron is currently serving as a tentmaker as a Marketing Specialist for Faith Financial Services (www.faithfinancialplanners.com) and the Research Institute for Corporate Accountability (www.RICAonline.com). 

Medical Mobilizers, Inc. is now part of the umbrella of Healthy Initiative Ministries, Inc.  We have recently added Haitian Ministries under H.I.M.
