“Promoting Faith-Based Whole-Person Healthy Initiatives”

January, 2008

Dear Friends and Sponsors,

Enclosed in this mailing is your year-end donation receipt for your gifts in 2007.  We are very grateful for your prayers and financial gifts this past year.  With your support, we accomplished several things including the launching of The Lively Group as a for-profit company to help fund H.I.M.; continued development of our outreach in Haiti including what you will read below about the proposed BUV micro-factory; strengthened the attempt to assist medical ministries with the use of videos to promote their Gospel-based ministries; and serving as a new advisory board member of Operation Never Forgotten (ONF).

Personal Update

We are so grateful for God’s blessing Leeann and JJ’s  wedding on Sept. 1.  They had a great honeymoon.  Videos are at www.maxcast.com/livelys.  We are excited that Josh is now engaged to Alannah Wilson.  Both at juniors at UT Knoxville.  Laura graduates from high school this year and is the process of making some decisions about college next year.  Andrew is a sophomore and still enjoys sports, outdoors and Explorers (firemen training).  Pray God will move in our hearts to confess and repent and live as if we are indeed forgiven and His beloved Saints.  I pray we all grasp how much Christ loved and still loves us as we serve Him with faithfulness.

Update – The Lively Group, LLC

Joshua and I have dedicated this year to launching The Lively Group which you can find on the web at www.thelivelygroup.com.  We have been developing a team of independent reps to market Maxcast (the best internet video technology on the market).

We serve as “marketing and resource consultants” with the primary focus on introducing Maxcast to as many ministries and organizations as possible but also to individuals and families.  Please do go to www.thelivelygroup.com and click on Maxcast, then Services, then on Pricing.  View our many samples on the Links page.  Think of ways to use our e-commerce features like Pay-Per-View and Sponsor Video Ads.  Let us know if you can use this storage and delivery system for personal or even training videos using the Move Networks player. For more information about this player, go to www.movenetworks.com.  There was a good reason why Disney invested millions in this company and technology.  One example of the many uses of Maxcast for internet video broadcasting – go to www.OperationNeverForgotten.org.  Then click on Audiovisuals Ads.  As a member of the ONF’s Advisory Board, I proposed that we offer Maxcast services to soldiers and their families.  This has been developed as “Operation VideoSwap” which you can find on their site.  I am very excited that we just signed up the ministry of JAARS.  Go to their new Maxcast channel at www.maxcast.com/jaars to see their promotional video.

Haitian Outreach Update / BUV Developments:

I was asked recently to go to Haiti on 2/6-11 to help my associate, Valery Olivier and Bishop Joel Jeune in proposing the launch of a Basic Utility Vehicle (BUV) micro-factory on Bishop Jeune’s compound in Carrefour which is a suburb near Port-au-Prince in Haiti.  This is the same location as the Smile of the Child hospital that is being built by Bishop Jeune and TBN.   It is to be equipped soon by Samaritan’s Purse.

The BUV factory is to become a lab /incubator for the proposed business school – The Joseph Business Center based in Chicago.  The plan is that they will help fund the cost of launching this micro-factory which will be used in the training of the Haitian students and for the creation of ongoing funds for ministries such as Healthy Initiative Ministries (Haitian Outreach under Valery Olivier), etc.  Valery has had some success with a program called “Sending Kids Back To School” where he is assisting with breakfast meals, backpacks, school fees, etc.  I will be able to take my HD video camera with me to capture these developments on video for a Maxcast channel.

You can see the BUV video in one of our Maxcast channels at www.maxcast.com/buv .  This factory – the first of many we hope to build in developing countries, will be a huge blessing in so many ways.  I envision it being used by nurses and doctors for telemedicine as medical care will be taken out to the people in need.    Churches can use it to transport the elderly and children to church related events.  Schools and ministry organizations and more – all could use a BUV for basic transportation needs.  Obvious uses include agricultural and industrial utilization.  The BUV has an extra drive pulley to power other types of equipment.  A family could create their own source of family income with a BUV.  The one I bought personally and sent to Haiti is now being borrowed and used to clean the streets in Carrefour.  I understand that this mayor wants to purchase 20 BUVs when we get the factory established.   Our main focus is to use the results of these micro-factories to proclaim the Gospel of Christ and to advance His Kingdom in Haiti and throughout the world.  We currently have some good development in Liberia as well.  Presently there are several South American and African countries that have BUV micro-factories serving as a base for ministry, for creating jobs, for developing local funds for local ministries, evangelism, etc.

As you can see, I am excited and have booked a $700 ticket to go to Haiti on 2/6 – 2/11.   I now need to raise the funds for this trip and hopefully for a laptop computer for Valery.  The one I secured for him a couple of years ago has crashed and we are greatly handicapped in our communications.  We will need to stay in closer touch as we launch this micro-factory under the umbrella of H.I.M.

So in faith, I am asking for prayers and for financial assistance for this trip and laptop need.   The projected cost of the trip is about $1,000 and another $1500 for the laptop and necessary programs.  A good one-year old used donated laptop with programs would work as well.  Your response to this request before or after this trip will be appreciated.  We are still living on limited income as we get our new company up and running financially.

By God’s Grace, I expect to see many more Gospel-driven ministries use this new technology which we resell this awesome technology developed by www.MoveNetworks.com.  Maxcast is the only reseller of this system that is now being used by FOX, ABC, Disney, etc.   If it is not clear, Maxcast via The Lively Group is my “tent-making” day job that will hopefully help generate funding for other ministries like what we have been developing in Haiti and Liberia.

Do you or your group want to be part of this exciting development to promote BUVs in countries of need?  If so, please consider participating in our Send-a-BUV program.  Go to our main site at www.medicalmobilizers.org and click on Haitian Outreach, then on Send-a-BUV for information on how your club, church or youth group could raise the funds necessary to send a BUV for initial observations and utilization to help launch a BUV micro-factory and ministry.  Presently, it appears we may need to send a BUV to Liberia and to India.

I look forward to your response.

New Development – The Lively Group, LLC

Transitions seem to be more frequent for all of us these days.  For the means of helping to achieve a mission of “helping to provide funding resources for ministries and ministry leaders” and the mission of H.I.M., Joshua and I have launched The Lively Group which you can find on the web at www.thelivelygroup.com.  We are excited to be growing a team of independent reps to market Photomax and Maxcast (the best internet video technology on the market).

Our role as “marketing and resource consultants” is to introduce Maxcast to as many ministries and secular organizations as possible but also to individuals and families.  We are still hopeful to see www.FindOurMembers.com take off as well.

Please do go to www.thelivelygroup.com and click on Sample Videos to download the Maxcast Player.  One of the videos is what Fox News did one evening when Joshua came home from Iraq .  We have a growing number of Associates and Customers.

I hope we can offer help to:

* ministries and ministry leaders

* healthcare (especially whole person care resources – that which provides spiritual care along with a more natural means of health care as God intended)

* video newsletters for missionaries (this could be huge for all mission agencies and denominations).  I plan to start loading up my own video newsletters soon for Healthy Initiative Ministries)

* training videos for companies and organizations of all sizes

We appreciate your faithful prayers and support in ministry.   It may take several months for this new work to produce adequate commission income.  Pray with us as we help equip ministries to more effectively proclaim the Gospel with a visual means using this new video technology.  Please do visit our web site at www.thelivelygroup.com.

Haitian Outreach Update

Valery Olivier (far right)  H.I.M. – Born Again Life Center Haiti .  Here is the Born Again English Class in front of the Smile of a Child Pediatrics Hospital in Carrefour, near the Capital City .

Update from Valery Olivier ( H.I.M. - Haiti )

Let me start by thanking of all you for your love and support.  I am more than thankful to God our father who has joined us together for his glory and indeed you have really showed your hearts to me.

Someone who is charitable to a  ministry in a country like Haiti really needs to be informed so you can be useful and helpful to the other people who are really in need.

First of all electricity is like a rare stone to us something you don't see every day.  Every body has to look for his or her source of energy.   Materials like a generator and a very good laptop that can enable easy and fast internet access would allow us to be more productive and effective in our work for the people in need here. We are involved in education through one of our ministry branches which is our English classes as a means to evangelize the people.  We offer a Bible reading club to encourage Christians from all walks of life and denominations to read the Bible as the source of truth.

I am sending some photos of the Born Again life Center Ministry English Students and Bible Reading Club. We are open to ministries who can send us materials such as books, videos, ESL and EFL professionals for training, seminars and so forth.

We will seek to market Maxcast to ministries and organizations here in Haiti to generate funding for our H.I.M. - Born Again Life Center .  Many here do have access to high speed internet connections.  There are many ministries here that could use Maxcast to better communicate the needs of the people and the work that is being accomplished for good. I am grateful for the opportunity to provide this valuable service in our country.

 Valery Olivier
Director of H.I.M.’s Born Again Life Center ( Haiti , Caribbean )
011(509)555-9303

Valery with Micka and their four beautiful children.

Prayer Requests:

1.       Pray for the Born Again English Class in Haiti .

2.       Pray for the plans for a factory for the BUV (Basic Utility Vehicle).  Go to www.maxcast.com/buv to see this unique vehicle that is so needed in countries like Haiti .  Pray God will provide what is needed to keep this project alive and viable.  Lots of jobs, commerce, opportunities for better healthcare and evangelism are possible when we can get this factory developed.  All for the glory of Christ Jesus.  Pray for the Send-A-BUV program to get church groups to raise the funds to send another BUV to needy countries.

3.       Pray for a generator for Valery and his family. (Note:  we have raised $250 for a $500 unit.)

4.       Pray for $1,000 to purchase a new laptop with a wireless modem for Valery and his work.

5.       Pray Valery will also be successful in marketing Maxcast (a new internet video delivery system) to organizations in Haiti .  This will generate commission income for H.I.M. which we will pass on to Valery and his family.   You can sign up at www.maxcast.com/balc to give Valery credit.

6.        Pray for the materials that have been requested (books, videos, ESL and EFL professionals for training, seminars, etc.).  We have worked hard to get H.I.M. established in Haiti in the form of the Born Again Life Centers.  Once successful, we will take this model to other Caribbean countries to proclaim the good news of the Gospel of Christ.

7.       Pray for our need to raise $500 for our family's annual mission trip to Appalachia in west Kentucky at the end of May.  Pray also that we can increase our regular financial support for H.I.M. quickly.  Remember our mission is “Promoting Faith-Based Whole-Person Healthy Initiatives”.

By God’s Grace,          Ron and family
